Went a little overboard today in hopes to get in shape....Pilates and Kick Boxing. There was a point where I started to think..."I am okay with being fat..." but then I kept going. And now tomorrow I am going to aerobics!! I figure why not go big.

So, my friend and I went to the gym 4 days last week. That being said, no weight loss! I know it is early but 30 minutes of cardio and 40 minutes of weights. I better see it soon:)

This is on my list of things to do.....everyday I say, today is the day....and then nada. Gotta step up and just start being healthy!!!

AHHH just started working out. I am TIRED. How sad is that...and really all I am craving is a chocolate shake. DANG-IT.
